Classic Deviled Eggs


1 Dozen Eggs - hard-boiled, peeled, cut lengthwise

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Sweet Pickle Juice (from a jar of pickles)

Salt

Pepper

Paprika


  1. Add the yolks of your eggs to a bowl.

  2. Add a heaping tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of mustard, a dash of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of pickle juice.

  3. Taste and adjust ingredients accordingly - adding more as needed.

  4. Once the desired flavor is reached, add more mayonnaise to reach the a soft play-doh consistency.

  5. Check for flavor again, and adjust if needed.

  6. Add the egg mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a tip of your desired shape. You can also use a large, ziploc bag by added it to the bag and cut off a tip of the corner.

  7. Squeeze the desired amount into the eggs whites.

  8. Top with paprika and serve!
